The Owner:
Brandon Morales, with over 16 years of experience in finance and business operations, specializes in comprehensive business valuations, financial analysis, strategic planning, report modeling, banking and providing audit paperwork, and business consulting. A graduate of Cal State Long Beach, he brings a unique perspective to problem-solving, approaching business challenges from innovative angles. Through his experience running a distribution company for six years and working with both small businesses and Fortune 100 companies, he recognized that small companies often face decision-making challenges similar to those of multi-million-dollar corporations. However, many small business owners lack the time to focus on growth, can't afford a CFO consultant, or aren't yet generating the revenue that would attract such assistance. As a result, they struggle to scale their companies to the desired level while managing day-to-day operations.

Founding JCF Business Strategy:
In 2014, Brandon founded JCM CFO Services to fulfill the role of a CFO consultant to small businesses, offering comprehensive valuation, financial, strategic, and operational services to support owners in achieving success. In 2017, he paused his consulting work to become a partner in a California-based distribution company, where he served as CEO, CFO, and COO for six years. In 2023, Brandon returned to his passion for consulting, driven by a deep understanding of the critical roles of process management, operations, and creating a positive customer experience for business owners. Through JCF Business Strategy, he organizes and analyzes all aspects of business operations, providing owners with strategic decision support. This approach allows owners to focus on what truly matters, without the burden of worrying about maximizing efficiency and profitability.
